In seiner Arbeit, die er in der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Dr. Pedro Schwaller (THEP) geschrieben hat, untersuchte er die Instabilit\u00e4ten von Axionen; hypothetische Teilchen, die Gravitationswellen erzeugen und so bislang ungel\u00f6ste Fragen des fr\u00fchen Universums beantworten k\u00f6nnten.<br \/>Dr. Miguel Salg (rechts) erh\u00e4lt f\u00fcr seine Dissertation <a href=\"https:\/\/openscience.ub.uni-mainz.de\/items\/276a7e21-9fac-4ba0-8e69-4ccadbef537f\">\u201eElectromagnetic form factors and radii of the nucleon from Lattice QCD and the proton radius puzzles\u201c <\/a>den Professor-Herminghaus-Preis f\u00fcr besondere Dissertationen aus dem Bereich Physik f\u00fcr das Jahr 2025. In seiner Arbeit untersuchte er in der Arbeitsgruppe von Prof. Dr. Hartmut Wittig basierend auf den ersten Grunds\u00e4tzen im Rahmen der Quantenchromodynamik (QCD) die elektromagnetischen Formfaktoren des Protons und des Neutrons.
